Product features:
1. The machine adopts a four column force bearing frame with a two-way servo hydraulic actuator on the top. The lower end of the actuator (piston) is connected with the upper push clamp, and the upper and lower parts of the flange type high-precision load sensor are respectively connected with the lower push clamp and the base.
2. The two-way cylinder has good sealing performance and high precision. The long stroke two-way cylinder can meet the tensile requirements of samples with different length specifications.
3. The clamping form of jaw is hydraulic synchronous horizontal pushing structure.
4. Servo hydraulic source uses servo motor oil pump group as power part, and provides hydraulic oil to each oil cylinder through function valve and valve block, which has low noise, energy saving and no need of cooling equipment.
5. A high-precision photoelectric encoder is set at the lower part of the upper beam, which is connected with the jaw body to monitor the running position of the upper fixture in real time and control the displacement during the test.
